Can Binderbrew build a deck with no new cards?
Yes. Owned-only mode forces the builder to stay inside your uploaded collection, then the review shows whether the resulting Commander deck passes legality, size, color identity, and role-balance checks.
Can I set both a total budget and a single-card cap?
Yes. Binderbrew supports a total upgrade budget, maximum missing-card count, and single-card price cap so expensive staples do not silently dominate the recommendation.
Does the buy list include cards I already own?
No. The buy list is generated from missing quantities only, so owned cards stay in the decklist but out of the shopping workflow.
